Shipping and Return Policy

U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • FREE Standard U.S. Shipping automatically applies to orders over $50, not including sales tax. It takes 3-7 business days to deliver once the order has been shipped. (Please note: delivery may take 7 days or more for orders placed during our peak holiday season.)
  • Standard Ground U.S Shipping, applied to orders under $50, has a flat $5 charge and takes 3-7 business days to deliver once the order has been shipped (Please note: delivery may take up to 7 days for orders placed during our peak holiday season)
  • Two-day and Three-day U.S Expedited Shipping has varied costs depending on delivery location. These are considered Priority Orders and must be placed before 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
  • Shipping Charges are based on package weight and delivery location. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes or military installations.

BUSINESS DAYS: Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

GENERAL

After placing an order on CIAMOR.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will get a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number from us.

Fulfillment: Orders placed with Standard Shipping are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Expedited orders placed before 3 P.M. EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the order will be canceled after the one-hour window.

DELIVERIES USING 3RD PARTY SERVICES AND FORWARDING

We are not responsible for packages delivered by third-party shipping agencies and the contents or the delivery once they arrive at their original destination.
If you have trouble placing an order or need an item urgently, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your ciamor.com purchase, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase and if you have used less than 1/3 of the product. Only products purchased on ciamor.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.

There is no refund of shipping costs, and we cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 14 days. If you received a complimentary or promotional item with your purchase, please note that the complimentary item will need to be returned along with the other returned items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. Therefore, you must return all purchased items, including the promotional/bundle item set, for a refund.

We require all returns to be processed through our customer service team. If you do not reach out to them and return your products without their consent, reimbursement can not be initiated. To begin the return and refund process, email hello@ciamor.com your order number, the items you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) and return instructions for a complimentary pre-paid return label. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days upon receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please keep all the damaged boxes and packing material intact so the shipment carrier can inspect it. Failure to keep all package contents may invalidate a refund or replacement. Please email us the pictures of the damage at hello@ciamor.com. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or accept a return if the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package shows a delivery confirmation but needs help locating it, please immediately contact hello@ciamor.com, and we will assist you. Unfortunately, any order reported lost or missing 14 days after delivery receipt will not be eligible for a replacement, refund, or resolution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We apologize, but currently, we cannot process and ship orders outside of the United States.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We gladly accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside the United States.

Third-party payment methods, including PayPal and Shop Pay, are also accepted.
Ciamor cannot accept any credit gift cards. All purchases require bank authorization before processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

SALES TAX

Ciamor is legally required to collect sales tax on orders shipped in Texas. Therefore, we charge 8.25% sales tax according to state law.
